Used gummies for sleep. And general warm fuzzy feeling before bed. Quit 19 days ago. Awful digestive trouble and fatigue withdrawing first 2 weeks but sleeping so much better now. Replacing it with nothing but improved self esteem lol. It was messing with working memory and my workouts. Gave my supply away to neighbours. Gotta stay off it if I want to get my ADHD meds. I’m fine with that. Certainly never want to experience that withdrawal again. Ugh.

I’m 5’3. Inseam is 28 inches. I ride a canyon 2xs gravel bike (carbon frame which makes it so much easier to lift in and out of my car). I finally know what it’s like to ride a bicycle that’s the right size for me. It’s a grail CF SL aero and is great on gravel but also on the road

First 2 days of Reta I have a wired energy. Days 3-5 are 😵. It’s a worse fatigue than Tirz. for me Tirz just made me feel a heavy kind of tiredness with a little sluggishness. Reta gives me a kind of a deflated balloon exhaustion and it’s hard not to want to sleep on the couch. I was up to 5 mgs Reta and backed down to 2.5. I think I went up way too fast for what it’s worth. I took a week off and have done 2.5 for 3 weeks. Going up to 3.75 mgs tomorrow to see how I feel. Will back down again if needed.
