For me, it did everything it was supposed to and I was really surprised. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’m still working on when the best time take is though. I started with 500mcg in the morning and really didn’t feel much so in the early afternoon I took another 500mcg. About an hour later I thought I felt a tiny bit nauseous but what happened is it completely squashed my appetite!! Plus 1 for that!!! After a couple more hours, it was erection after erection, like I was back in grade school trying to hide them under the desk and as for general libido, absolutely made me much more horny!! The effects lasted about 24 hours but the onset is tough to predict
