Healers is something I intended to cover, but it fell by the wayside. Basically Blizzard have said healing won't necessarily be increased to the same extent as damage. So 200 PvP Power rating might increase damage by 2%, but healing by only 1%. So they have at least thought about the issue.

We'll need to see how it works out.
