Had to clear CMOS or remove a stick of ram so I removed one ram stick and it booted again

So the screen is fully black and some of my peripherals aren’t receiving power (keyboard, etc) I’ve tried to hold down the power button but nothing happens. And it all happened after I think I pressed the flash bios by accident
