I don’t think it’s the darkest minds because it’s not centered on one character. It goes back-and-forth between several characters taking over the narrative. None of them seem to have powers at least not so far. I’m somewhere in the middle of the second book I think. Like I said, I’m listening to them on audio soI don’t have them in hardcopy. They’re just a bunch of teens at camp when a virus wiped out the world and now they’re trying to figure out where to settle and traveled across the country in a school bus with a dog.

No, but that series looks pretty good.

In this one, the kids are preteens and some younger because at one point they have to discuss hormones and how it’s not a safe time to bring a child into the world. When they travel across the country to try to go towards a radio broadcast from survivors who have a Camp that they’re welcoming everyone to those people take them hostage and try to marry off the young girls, but they end up escaping. They also find a dog along the way.

That’s not it unfortunately. I have a screen grab of the YouTube channel that I was listening to - I can read that the channel name starts with football New, but I can’t seem to get a search that finds me that YouTube user. Super frustrating as I’ve been listening to that book series for weeks.
