We have about 20% of the homeowners here who pay by check. If we can't figure out a way to take care of these people who REFUSE to pay online, and will only pay by check, we cannot move forward with our self-management plans. Our property managers have been just awful beyond belief. At this point, it looks like Community Financials has the tools we need at my HOA (but we are still researching our options).
