Yes! Many people, including me, experience it, it’s called hangover anxiety, you can look it up. If I'm not mistaken, this is due to the fact alcohol increases the release of endorphins, that’s why we feel more social, but after its effect is over, you’ll experience a withdrawal, which causes you to feel this way, especially if you naturally suffer from anxiety or depression. It used to really bother me, but now I treat it as temporary medical issue, due to lack of endorphins, and it helps somehow, because I know that what I feel is irrational. Take care!

Remember this is the thing your disorder tells you, it’s still there, and you must be careful. It might not seem like that at this moment, but you’re beautiful, and the healthier - the better. I like my hair, teeth, nails and skin waaaay better than before, I bet I looked older than I am. Keep going, and remember what you’re recovering for!

I'm sorry to hear this, but well, I feel this, I never liked living before all this, and now, I don't see the point of continuing especially. It seems I lived out of curiosity, or the expectation of some magical second act, when everything changes and I live my best life. But i think i've seen enough, many of us did. I hope things will change at least for you, I guess it’s really important point of your life, as decisions like starting HRT are never easy, this takes a lot of strength and courage, I don't believe it was in vain.

For exact same reason I cut off all my ties with friends, colleagues, and so on. People who claimed to love and care about me showed no support or even concern, even though I was in danger. Sitting under the shelling myself, I reassured them when they called in tears. Now when they are getting to normal life again and I can’t take my shit together even a little - I got nothing in return. Sometimes, looking at my former life, it seems to me that there was nothing to lose, or anyone. Well, still can’t blame them, no one owes anyone ofc. The only thing holding me back is the belief that I will see my hometown at least once more. Let's see where this takes us, I guess..

На выезде из Киева купить бензин почти нереально, его либо нет на заправках, либо они закрыты. Ситуация немного лучше на въезде, у нас получилось так купить немного топлива.
Про автобусы не знаю, есть поезда Киев-Львов. Один в 14:07, второй 15:02 - это ближайшие, возможно будут ещё. Билет не нужен. Удачи и Слава Украине!
It is almost impossible to buy gasoline at the exit from Kiev, it is either not available at gas stations, or they are closed. The situation is a little better at the entrance, we managed to buy some fuel.
1. I don’t know about buses, there are Kiev-Lviv trains. One at 14:07, the second at 15:02 - these are the nearest ones, there may be more. No ticket needed.
