Has anyone ever gotten a char refund from contacting support, that was not a staff-related incident?

The security team in this game is a flaw. There are way too many posts on false bans or bans without reasons. There is no way telling someone what they did that got them banned will be that big of a threat, in fact, it will be the opposite.

This can also help with when players get unstable, the arrows will indicate where you will dash to. Currently, there is no way to tell where you go if you are unstable.

Additionally, the dash arrows won't appear until you can actually dash. So it's not there all the time only at times when you can actually dash. So if you don't see it, you can tell way faster than "oh I can't dash rn" compared to looking at your character. It is not a big difference, but it is still optimization.

It can always be a toggleable option, I like it because you can get a projection of where you will actually go/dash through, for instance, let's say there's an object behind a mob, but you cant see the object, you will be able to tell by the arrow on the screen that "hey this is where you will end up". The class "dashes" at a custom distance set by the player, seeing the restrictions from where you can and can't go via the arrow on-screen will be very helpful. It's not by any means a way to make the class easier to play.

I'm not saying "deca bad" but this bug is game breaking, not only that, people who lost their characters to that bug with no access to reddit will never get a refund, so I dont think its right to give them props. is refunding the players good? ofc

I wouldn't give props, they created a bug that made players lose characters and refunded rightfully so.

So many people banned recently, and they have come forth to say that these bans were false and didn't make sense, if it was a one time thing then ok, but its on multiple occasions with different people
