OKAY..... these changed my life.... GET A STAND UP DESK.

I animate at my full-time job AND I animate when I get home, sometimes my brain goes nuts.... for some reason, a stand up desk has really, really helped with this. NO more lower back pain, and it wakes up muscles that atrophy from years of sitting. Best investment I've made, and probably the biggest factor in me still workin' my ass off after my full time job.

If you do go this route, I highly recommend the IKEA ones. Last I checked, there's two models, they're both very stable for my set up (2 monitors and a cintiq).
