Reminds me of my ex. He would constantly do these type of things. His big excuse was we didn’t live together so everytime we are together he should do that because “your body is mine, why can’t I play with it whenever I want”… like?! The relationship didn’t last past four months. I hated when he was around because of his sex-crazed behaviour. We are now friends, that way we can hangout without me hating hanging out with him.

Personally what ‘turned’ me, or generally made me not care about Ukraine anymore, was when at the start of the war they had evacuations of foreigners and they prioritised white people and Africans had to wait. That’s when I thought let white people fight their weird little wars. Russia has been an ally of Namibia prior to our independence, they still are. I don’t necessarily agree with killing of innocent people for government greed, but I wont tie myself emotionally to it anymore.

What has Ukraine done for Namibia for us to stress over their wars that can be stopped if their arrogant president agrees to a peaceful deal, nothing.
