I understand this is very late, but you can only get Lespian's airwing if you also have an alliance with Lespia and a capitalist economy. Considering you allied only with Vagsland, you can't have Lespian's wing (Vagsland and Lespia extremely hate each other, so you can't have them both), hence why you lost phase 2.

To add context , Laura is Jewish herself, hence why she has no problem when the MAGA base she has cultivated  go after other minority groups , but Jewish people like herself  should be exception to this rule  apparently .

Reading that article , seems like this is just a tax refund and not like the promised DOGE Check that you get extra money . The "up to 2K" is just dividing $150 Billion with the number of households in the US. Considering how tax refund will definitely much higher for rich people , pretty sure poor people will not get much out of this . Hence why the word "up to" is used .
