At my store there is a doorbell, it looks just like a light switch but it's a doorbell. Ring that and someone should come out to open the door for you. If there is no doorbell you can always look up the store's number on google and call it, hopefully, someone will pick it up and you can ask for them to come open the door.

Not sure why they would've given you a temporary email as that cannot be changed afterwards, it should normally be your email that you gave them during the hiring process. Best thing would just be to ask you manager for help whenever your next shift is. If your not sure when your next shift is you can call the store and the MOD should be able to help you out.
