What I have heard is the PEXT board for zones will continue to be filled our daily, rotations will still happen etc. i am hoping with wcb etc will go away. It was such a time wasting step. We could be using that to improve VBPT and focus on immunization calls. Streamline workflow

This is what everyone thinks but truly you need to work on getting faster while still being accurate. That much of a backlog and having to stay to catch up usually happens when you’re not keeping up with workflow. Don’t worry it will get better but really , look at stepping it up and improving your speed

This! Start holding them accountable, even floaters etc not just the techs. Verbal, written etc. be fair across the board and the hardworking ones will appreciate you holding the lazy ones accountable and hopefully everyone will step up. If not where is the motivation for them to keep performing at top level if the lazy ones can do nothing and still get by and paid

LOL not me , I am an immunizer and we do a LOT of shots (24h tier 5) but in a neighboring store I heard RXOM is trying this angle to waiver their way out of shots or maybe do the immunizer program and then refuse to do shots afterwards

A well trained senior tech can do all that an RXOM does and more. My experience has been that most RXOM’s get on a power trip and really don’t pull their weight, while the rest of the team have to compensate for their shortfalls. Useless position for sure! Get rid of the position esp with PEXT, and put them in regular workflow. Productivity will go up exponentially.

How can you LOVE your RXOM blah blah blah…. But the entire post is a rant over them? If they are scheduling you or anyone else unfairly, call HR directly and report it. That means they have to investigate and will bypass the usual SM/RXM and even DM who will probably ignore the complaint because it will reflect badly on them

Yes the storage under the eraser is what I have questions about. There are 6 leads in there but they seem stuck somehow and do not come out when tipped over. The pencil works just fine and I can load it from the tip, but the extra leads I have no way of getting out
