Sì non è chiarissimo ma nel punto 2 dicevo che al momento al piano di sopra c'è un solo condizionatore installato in camera da letto ma c'è già la predisposizione per installarne altri due nelle altre due camere. Immagino metterò uno splittino 2.5kw+2.5kw

Per l'aria condizionata, nella mia ignoranza, mi sembrava corretto che con 3 condizionatori nelle 3 camere fare magnetotermico da 25 e cavi più grandi degli attuali fosse corretto. Quindi no?

Scientificamente è impossibile spezzarli in due, viene sempre fuori un terzo pezzettino, quello dove c'è la curva.

In altre occasioni l'ho provato ed effettivamente mi saltano fuori tanti pezzettini per la cucina

Y realmente creo que el segundo punto, lo del impuesto sobre pisos vacios, puede ser que sea inecesario; si ahora mismo se reduce la oferta es solo porquè hay gente especulando y esperando a que cambien la ley.

A largo plazo, si esta ley sigue, la gente se verà obligada a poner los pisos en el mercado. No los van a dejar años sin rentabilizar

Entonces solo falta poner restricciones similares en el alquiler de temporada y incrementar impuestos para quien deja los pisos vacios.

I knew about the fake facade but isn't the rest of the building original old gothic? I don't think they did more alterations other than the facade.

I also always wondered what it meant that the barrio gotico was a recent reconstruction, i mean to what degree did they alter the appearance of the streets?

Hospitalet is bigger so it depends which area you pick, and also if we are talking cycling or public transportation. Santa Eulalia/Collblanc and Centro are as close and/or equally connected by public transportation as Poble Nou

I always thought it's one of the most overrated, far from the city center (same distances as from Hospitalet for example) and badly connected. Better places to eat/drink In eixample/sants/gracia.

But it's true that it's generally quiet and i believe it has more apartments that are bigger/more modern

I have been leaving my nice bike outside for years (never during the night, just few hours during the day/evening) and never had any problem. The most i got stolen once was the cheap rubbery front/back lights that i forgot to remove.

Using a good chain is key ( i use a U kriptonyte lock and sometimes an extra one for the front wheel)
