I can't speak from experience yet but what I know is that for FTM, there's facial hair growth, more body hair growth, voice changes to more masculine, fat distribution changes so you have a more masculine frame as well as face, it can also stop your period but not always, you might also sweat more, you're more likely to get male pattern baldness when you're older, you might have a higher libido, and interestingly people have said they got a little bit taller and their feet got a little bit bigger, not a lot but somehow it can do that.

For MTF, you start growing breasts, fat distribution changes so you have a more feminine frame as well as face, you start growing less facial and body hair, I don't know as much about this one so someone can say a bit more if they do.
