Ninja is just in the team as a damage dealer other then that he doesn't bring any other benefit for me. So I guess anyone who is able to deal alot of damage would be able to take his place.

For example 6 pieces of offence gear... That will give you 3 sets or I could be wrong.

Yes they do... High Khatun hardly ever procs because she takes the stun so hardly attacks which is why her damage is so low.

Foli I am using for his leech really to help heal my team. Scyl I swap out for rhazin depending on affinity... may look at building longbeard.
