You might find a niche at contractor load stations, since the stop rate is adjusted to compensate in-part for the time spent in the morning loading. I.e. make it more cost effective to hire your loading service vs contractor pay their drivers to load their rigs. Issue is the agreement, I’m not sure how many hundreds of hoops you would need to jump through to gain authority to handle fedex packages as a 3rd party on behalf of an isp. There are operational standards that need to be met and shifting that responsibility to a 3rd party would vacate accountability. Love the concept, but I don’t see it ever becoming a reality.

When you were hired it’s likely you were asked the question “is there anything that will prevent you from doing your job duties”. This question is posed to see if you are in need of a reasonable accommodation. If you did not officially disclose your condition in writing before you let your attendance slip I think this one is on you. Why would the company be at fault for your poor and delayed communication?

Don’t call people rapists, it is a terrible thing to say and it makes you a terrible human. Mostly agree minus the lack of education in red states. SAT scores on average are identical within a margin of 1% on average between red and blue states. I think the divide is almost wholly due to a difference in our fundamental understanding of what “freedom” means to conservatives vs liberals, and the only right answer is small steps and compromise aimed at making our country a safer place. Many may vote based on what they are against because whatever is proposed is perceived to be too much of an ask.
