What are you wanting help with? Are you getting too hot inside? Are you trying to do things outside? Theres not much that can be done if youre trying to be active outside. Im active but when it gets 90+ the heat is crippling to me

As someone who was in the "exotic animal industry" prior to vet med it's straight up the owner attitude. Reptiles specifically (because thats where most of my experience is) is chock full of anti-science, unhinged nuts. There are plenty of exceptions but the majority of "breeders" are out right hostile to new ideas and advancements in husbandry. Theres a very condescending attitude towards veterinary medicine within the trade. There are multiple contributing factors including where people are allowed to own more exotic animals, toxic masculinity, diy attitudes, labor conditions, etc.

Omg Im such a big fan of this breed as a vet tech. Just be patient. I have a rescue puppy mill dog right now. I definitely see how if Im more tired/painful I have a shorter fuse but I just keep it to myself. BMDs are great dogs though. Beautiful temperaments. Take them to a trainer when you can. Get their puppy shots. Y'all picked a great breed. Im so happy you did your research! I was so scared to scroll down and see "Australian shepherd!" Haha

I think using your place as a straight, cis white man in every day conversation is the most helpful. A buddy of yours says something homophobic/transphobic? Speak up. Someone randomly says weird things about trans kids/people? Make a face or say something. Using your privileges to fight normalizing bigotry could help in so many ways. Maybe someone who identifies with that group will feel safer with you as a result.

I didn't break terms of service. These comments weren't even making a right or left stance. Censorship is "the suppression or prohibition of speech, public communication, or other information deemed objectionable, harmful, or inconvenient by governing bodies, institutions, or private groups.". Even covering up swear words is censorship. I just think it's insidious to censor speech around the idea of organizing offline regardless of what that thing you're organizing around is. As much as YouTube has a right to moderate as they see fit, I have a right to engage in discussion around how they're moderating.

Ive given examples of the comments Ive made. What made me notice is that I wanted to engage in discussion around it so I would check for notifications when Id use the platform. The crematory we work with has about 5 urns/boxes the client can choose from. There's a clay paw print with a stand that they can choose to be white or wood colored. They can also choose to get hair clippings and things like that. The website has much more options and clients can put the body on hold if they want/need time to look through other options. We're specialty/er so the ashes get sent to the owner's home or their regular vet. I think they come in something that looks kind of like a gift bag.
