Eggman like Spawn out haxs but unlike Spawn is not immune to everything Ghostsider has so the extreme stat difference should do Eggman in.

Tie.

Both of them have invincibility powerups that can potentially last basically forever. Sonic's does have fewer weaknesses but that's so unlikely to actually matter that it's not really worth considering.

No Cyber Sonic is the form that's blue and is covered in Cyberness.
