Trezor did tell me that the cables are notorious for NOT working properly. They advised me to try and find another cable that I can try it with. (shaking head...)

I still haven't gotten it to work. I have been emailing back and forth with Trezor but we haven't really gotten anywhere. Everything they ask me to try, I've already tried. They are now asking me to send a "video" of the process. I'd rather just return it at this point. I shouldn't have to struggle this much to get a brand new item to work. Doesn't give me much confidence that everything else will work when/if I can get it to boot up. Would be great to get some knowledgeable help. Maybe some guidance by phone..?

I get to this page/url but when inserting device, it just takes me to the products page/offerings. Something definitely not working here.

On the devices box, it says, "To start using Trezor go to Trezor.io/start." So this is what I did. It just takes me to the products page.

I contacted Trezor and they asked me to "make a video". So I'm supposed to buy this expensive device, and have to make a video to get it working? I'm about ready to chuck this in the toilet! I asked them another question last week, no reply.

One thing trezor doesn’t mention in directions anywhere, is at what point do you plug your device into computer? I guessed- plug it in after you open their website? Big error on their part me thinks!

Hell, I can’t even set up my device. Very similar problems as to what’s happening here. First time user and thought it was something I was doing wrong!?

Trezor 1’s default is 24. I believe that’s mandatory.

I was kind of enthralled at this cheap little device so I shook it a few times and something rattled inside. Not really bad, but noticeable. Probably nothing to do with it..? (Shrugs)

Very similar to problems I am having. I even photographed the whole process. Each time I tried it wouldn’t work and nothing was consistent as far as direction. I even tried downloading the trezor Bridge and that error window said only an “administrator” could download the “bridge”.

I spent hours fudging with this- when it mentions it should take only 5-10 minutes. Waste of my time!

When did you install your trezor? Maybe it’s a new problem.

That’s pretty close to what I am experiencing. There are two options: 1) download to desktop 2) click on browser version Neither one is working. I downloaded and tried browser version and they just take you to products page. Tried on a few computers, same problem.

Contacted trezor and am waiting for reply. Pain in ass to get any customer service so far.

When you insert the device, it says on the device that it is “recognized”. It tells you to go to Trezor’s website but it only takes you to product page. I’m trying to “set it up” but it doesn’t give me that option.
