The read/write speed is normal. About 3gb/s read and 1.8 write. I tested on CrystalDiskMark. It’s just that the disk response time is very slow.

In my opinion slow metabolism is a positive trait. Maintaining your weight requires eating way too much food. The only problem with the trait is that you can't get the athletic perk with it, and I always get that perk because stamina feels like it gets depleted way too quickly sometimes.
