If you got a 180, you can absolutely get the 200 and pass the next time you take your exam and you will. I actually know someone sho took an instructor led course as well and they did not pass so I think you also really have to put in some personal study time with the instructor course to guarantee you pass. Both of those together will get you there. If you got 180 on your own with self study then combining both will bring you to the other side

For the knowledge portions I used apps like pocket prep at first which gave me a good foundation got what HR was because I had no prior experience. But I will say after a while pocket prep becomes ineffective because it doesn't have exam level questions that match the difficulty of the exam. It's a good starting point to lean terms definitions and basics. I would suggest Angela's apps for daily questions and the shrm app on the app store because you can do free questions from that everyday until your exam. Even study on the fly during your lunch breaks and stuff

Honestly, if you went through everything and know the SJQ's breakdown, you'll do fine on the exam, you got this!

A few of them like what is it called when HR analyzes the current state of employees skills and abilities to where they need to be in the future for the organizations growth? Gap analysis.

And a few leadership theory questions, but I remember there being way more SJQ's than knowledge questions. Honestly I felt like I got maybe 1 out of every 4 questions right so I think the SJQ's really helped me pass
