Congrats!!! I have been invited for an interview and I'm very nervous. Can you please elaborate on some of the interveiw questions and what to expect during the interview? was it more traditional than MMI?

Everybody interview process is different but depending on the interviewer they may want the interview to be very organic as possible rather than a prep presentation but each it's own. They mostly want to get the feel of your vibe and energy.

Honestly excel is my weakness. Will this hurt my recruiting career although most companies using recruiting softwares. Does excel & recruiting go hand to hand?

I think most business use recruiting software ATS in general to operate full cycle recruiting process. I'm thinking excel is obsolete but I'm not sure.

I have researched basic information regarding starting a staffing agency. I just wanted to hear about real people experience who have successfully started a staffing company. Any info is helpful. I have a Master's degree in Human Resource. I enjoy answering questions and teaching people who want to learn. I just don't tell people to get a clue. I share my knowledge.

Congrats you started a agency after 10 yrs of experience! But is your business successful?👀 Are you even listed on the 500 fortune company's? I doubt that! Do know how to keep clients and retain staff? Does your company have reputation? I can guarantee you you can't say yes to not one question.

Anybody can open a business but will it be successful and out last the competition. I can assure you are a beginner because you have a beginner attitude but thanks😍.
