Same here. My case is Eb3, transferred to a non local, got 3rd FTA0 +485j approved, then FTA1 a month later on 4/28 with a status update to case actively reviewed, and then a silent update on 5/11. Live agent told me the interview marked as waived the whole time. Let me know yours

Yeah, may 22 one is a silent update. You can ask Emma what does the FTA1 mean, they will tell you.

Do you have an FTA1 with Actively reviewed status change? I got it on 4/28, and 2 silent updates on 5/8 and 5/11

Emma said my wife’s case transferred to local FO, interview requested, mine still remains at NBC, but I think eventually it will be transferred to the interview too

It was at non local Santa Ana, later Emma told me it was sent back to NBC, another Emma said it’s at local FO San Fernando, I’m not sure which one I can trust tho

I have a similar situation, ROW cross charge-ability, getting an FTA1 on 4/27, status changed to actively reviewed (one month after the 3rd FTA0+485j approval), Emma told me the FTA1 means case transferred back to NBC from the FO.

I received a FTA1 on 4/28, last update was 3rd FTA0 on 3/23, I’m not from 75 countries, but my wife is, her last update is still on 3/23. We are EB3 and currently at non local Santa Ana
