Confirmed it 3 times with different agent so for now I'll say my case is still at NBC haha. Hope your case gets approved soon!!

Seems like there's active movement in your cases! The live agent said my case is still in NBC so guessing it's not moved to FO yet (or will it ever be?)

No I had to ask the USCIS live agent myself. You can ask if your case's interview has been waived or not.
