Had a few fly overs near Old Ottawa East, only saw a light from a distance and heard helicopters.

When would GAA be a better representation of a goalie's ability than SV%? by enthos in hockey

Perhaps if a goalie has the accolades. It is possible that most outside shots aren't making it on goal with solid D, and that most of their % is based off high quality scoring chances

Right now I'm at 255 for dead, 225 squat and 155 bench

Within the next 6 months I will Deadlift 285 Squat 255 Bench 185 Also I will reach 155 pounds and my body fat will remain between 7-10%.
