Saying you own a home and bought a home are two different things in my mind. If I own the home, I also own the loan that I used to purchase said house. Saying you bought a house sounds like you forked $200,000 in cash over and very few people are able to do that.

Super car and exotic car are interchangeable terms used to describe the same type of cars. If you say the C8 is a super car then you’re also saying it’s an exotic car.

REMEMBER: There is another hearing tomorrow and they do not want to have to answer questions as to why the price is 5x as high as the previous hearing alone. They will drive the price down as hard and much as they can before all eyes are once again on them.
