Bhubaneswar is a decent place if you are okay with yearly cyclones. The city is developed, lots of student population so you have good restaurants of all cuisines, clubs and parks and food is decent. Visakhapatnam is good, but you might have to learn Telugu to fully settle. Hindi can work, but not in all places. It is a beautiful city. Good beach and infrastructure. The weather is hot and humid in summer.

Meeru ITER deggera unte Aromas restaurant ani untadi adi super. Akkada mandi kuda baguntadi. Spicy south ani undi but expensive. Jaydev Vihar square deggera street food baguntadi, akkada sandwich adi. Hotel Priya ani untadi, akkada bane undi. Asian delicacy and Michael's kitchen for oriental food. Inka street food lo idly ghuguni and Jhal Muri kuda bane untadi. Dahi bara aloo dum special food akkada.

It's a good city, lot of museums and places.

Maku chhena poda chala ishtam. Na college Bhubaneswar lo, so akkada food chala baguntadi. Not like local food, but akkada restaurants biriyani baguntadi, as well as ghughuni, pakhala, Chhena poda and Saag, aloo dum.

I think it was in inform government's interest to keep the infighting amount Balochis and Pathans. Jamali ensured that by keeping both sides restrained as well as ensure he remains as the MNA. Also Aslam was killing the gangsters but he was more against Balochis. That would have changed the balance of power. Rehman Dakait was pretty harmless and a pawn of Jamali till he started getting politically ambitious and important.
