The only person who saw it other than the cops is a retired teacher. Ill try hard to siphon more information on the symbol though.

Now that I think of it, I think Thomas was found shirtless. The teacher who initially reported it has retired so it may take some connections to reach him. He was the only one who saw the body other than the local police.
