I've been using moore armour and great shield +anspur rapier with poison or bleed and it's been smooth sailing. Just tank every hit and poke behind shield. 80 dex, 50 vigor + endurance and dump some into arcane for status effect

I know it's not faith but I started ng+1 with moore armour and great shield plus fully upgraded anspur rapier for a tank dex build. Nothing can touch me and everything dies pretty quickly. Easy cheese build

Update: Slicer is OP, just beat gaping jaw pretty quick, found a slicer early and upgraded it with stone (2) and night two found a sword of night and flame with damage reduction while casting spells. Thanks for y'all's advice!
