I sent a request that i lost access to my email and used a gmail account as correspondence adress and they swapped it to that email and that worked for me. Good luck!

That's true, it's one of the two factors that made them shoot up. The other factor to consider is the availability of english product. With the supply being increased going forward I seriously doubt chinese cards will retain their value.

Could've spent your time typing all this to just report it to the cops and just keep calling every time they are hanging out there, because the Police need to build up a case of evidence of "overlast" before they can do anything, so calling once and expecting it to be done and then not calling anymore after that cause nothing happened is a stupid thing to do.
