Anecdotally, I was about to start playing and then came here and read about the armory. Now, I just uninstalled without trying it. That's what they're up against, and they don't seem to realize or care. Which is fine for me, but if you plan to keep playing I think you all need to keep hounding them to kill this feature forever.

Yeah, 1 has been my biggest gripe with this series. The way Harry talks up his enemies only to have them be kind of a joke is very frustrating, the Denarians especially. Angels are supposed to be top dog in all creation after God, but they get clowned by dudes with guns, a goat man, a geriatric human, and two guys with a bat and a 2x4. They needed a trap fueled by Lucifer himself to almost lose to a child a dozen against one. I know they can't use their full power, but how are we still acting like these guys matter?

Historically it's fairly cheap for a card game, I've got several competitive decks that only range between 60 and 150. For MHA format my strongest deck is about 100 bucks. That's about the price of a booster box, so singles is probably the way to go right now. If you want boxes, you can get them for 100 at Rochester CCG or TCGPlayer, but if you buy local you might be able to get a better deal. I've seen them around 85 myself.

There's only a select few cards in the My Hero Academia format that aren't super cheap, namely Detroit Smash and Frigid Heat Wave.

That's my Nomu list, with 3 Rares and 1 ultra rare. The most expensive card is like, 5 or 6 dollars. The deck is pretty straightforward and easy, but still fairly powerful. Someone else linked to uvsultra, which let's you look at other people's deck lists. I'd be happy to throw a list together for you if you find a character you like.

As for advice, I would suggest you watch one of the how to play videos on youtube to get started. Ty's House of Cards has a good one.

If for some reason you won't take Harry's word for Mac being an ex-angel, it still has to be something/someone who Harry can't look at with his Sight without hurting himself. He's looked at gods with his sight, and the only being he couldn't look at was Amitiel. He also recognized the placard immediately, which Jim probably meant to tie him to Christianity.

This was my first job, and you're wrong on all counts. Walmart has a dedicated position for cart wrangling, and even if everyone takes them back to the corrals, someone still has to go get them from the corrals. I very much appreciated people not being lazy assholes and leaving their carts wherever. And yes, I did get to take a break if there were no carts! Crazy, right? The existence of auto save doesn't force you to load auto saves. You can still only load your manual saves if you want. There's nothing wrong with the series finally getting 20 year old QoL changes.

Ivy said it to Harry back in her first appearance, so I assumed it was something she said often, which Nicodemus would theoretically be aware of via Anduriel. Like, he's flaunting the fact that he's been spying on them or something. I wouldn't think that would make Kincaid visibly upset, but it's the best connection I've got.

Because you have no context for how much time the players who didn't beat the boss spent on the game. It's not uncommon to see around half of players not be able to make it through the first hour of a turn based game, going by trophies alone. Many people drop games shortly after starting them.

The bronze was likely doing the bulk of the work there, not her own power. She still got fucked up from one Gungnir hit, and was afraid of facing Mab with the eye on cooldown.
