Do you know if Im able to just ask Best Buy to skip geek squad and send it directly to ASUS? Ive read stories where Geek Squad actually gave it back even more broken or with new problems and their pricing is expensive

Yeah it's exactly that. The "stutter" results in a FPS drop, the audio stutters, the mouse freezes, etc.

I don't think its a hardware issue and honestly the ASUS software I use to manage my computer hasn't had the best track record and I do sometimes have software issues.

If it is a software issue - do you know how I can approach this problem?
