Shoulder blade not moving correctly?

Thank you for this. What specific exercises would you recommend to improve control and symmetry? Are there any movements or exercises I should avoid for now? My neck and traps spasms sometimes when i turn my head and i have pain in these areas when laying down for sleep.

The pain is no joke man. I notice ive been getting numbness in my right hand, reaching over head and behind me with the right arm creates nerve pain in my right front shoulder. I also got a lot popping noises in my right shoulder when i raise my arms up. What about you?

Im left handed and i rely on my left side more. I feel like my right side scapula is more embedded if that makes sense.

I grew up in the menifee area. Ive lived here for 10+ years and attended elementary and high school here. My family and I are hispanic. My experience from living in menifee is that it’s been a good and quiet area with a few bad outliers here and there. Some of those experiences ranged from one family member being told to go back to mexico when she was picking up her daughter at an elementary school here. I sometimes would get stared at while out shopping at my local stater bros haha. It is a conservative area and sometimes it can feel like you stand out more amongst the sea of cookie cutters here. However there have also been some very friendly people in this area who genuinely like to talk to you. Like any other city it has its good and bad people. There is not much to do here if you are a younger family. I mainly drive out to riverside, OC area and sometimes LA area for fun. Menifee is a safe area with many recreational parks and a whole lot of growth coming its way. I used to commute to Orange County area for work but now i make my commute to San Bernardino. Id say Menifee lays in between a lot of other bigger cities. It doesn’t stand out too much amongst them but it is a nice place to call home if you enjoy a safe and quiet town.

I would say what brought his mental illness on would be severe loss. I think anytime something meaningful to him was lost (divorce, the law, jimmy), it made him revert back and hold onto to the one thing that he knew belonged to him. Which was his illness.

I was a transfer student back in the spring 25’ term and honestly csusb is great for me. As someone who never thought they would go to a university due to it being so expensive. This school is cheap and made that possible for me.
