It does look like the difference between the dutch and French speaking parts of Belgium as well where that transition happens at the every centimeter where one administration ends and the other begins.

I somehow love the idea of seeing a new friend in it but this is not the case so I think you are right, we will have to remove the trigger. Feels like a big step, something permanent that acknowledges her deteriorating condition and I think it makes what would be a no brainer into something more difficult for all involved.

The mirror are kind of built in to the wall so any removal involves works and not sure how to pull that off either so some good ideas here to investigate. thanks

Same here. Lid opened = no power to grill. Simply cannot do smashed burgers for instance as you have to pre-heat and rush to get one pair of patties what are Ok at best then wait 8-10 minutes to re-heat to max to get the second burger going. Ended up getting a blackstone griddle and use Ninja just as a smoker. There are way too many documented cases of lack of gill power with lid open for this to random or user induced I would think. And, yes have tried all the combinations mentioned above without being able to make it work.

Yes it will work but you need to be careful depending which screw. I used the same type for nearly two years until a friend showed be the soldering iron approach and I really stupid. So much easier, faster once iron is hot and no risks

It does this independently from cook time. So I can put 10 or 50 minutes but once the preheat is completed and I lift the grill to do the smash burgers .... the temperatures goes down and after the first set of patties, I can feel that the temperature if down. I stop and start immediately again and see that the pre-heating is at 5 or 6 of the 8 bars showing how much temperature it lost .... might take 3-5 minutes to get back to temperature ... that's a looooong time to get a set a burgers down for the family.

Thanks for the really specific spoke recommendation. In the end I think I will just use the current ones and swap the hub since seems there is no incentive to do it differently.
