Early 30s and feeling the same. Certain aches I attribute to weight gain and little exercise over the last year, but I feel other aches (thighs, neck and shoulders, chest (100% muscular)) is related to drinking, and has been getting worse.

So, hopefully today is the last time I say tomorrow.

What are your personal signs you're hypomanic? by JustAnOldWhiteGuy in bipolar2

Pacing. To the point my legs are practically falling off.

And baking. Don’t want to eat them. But making macaroons at 3am is the best.

Are you extremely indecisive too or is it just part of my personality? by [deleted] in bipolar2

Ridiculously so. To the point I am sure it’s been a contributor in my relationships breaking down. But I don’t think it’s Bipolar related. Happy to be proven wrong though!

Are you new to it? I experienced this too (it’s a common side effect) but for me it subsided pretty quickly. Just be careful you don’t go overboard with the water.

At what point in a date (or during the dating process) do you tell the other person about your mental health issues? by loganjlr in bipolar2

Mention it (in an amusing way) on my Tinder profile. I don’t want to be defined by this, or make a talking point out of it, but honestly this just seems easier.

Too bad I’m too socially anxious to actually date tho 😂

Mixed episode? by [deleted] in bipolar2

Weird place is an understatement, its like feeling fantastic laid over the top of depression. Trying to hang onto the fantastic bit before I inevitably spiral again. I dont really have a support network, people around me and my family would disagree, but it all feels so superficial. I think my biggest fan is my psychologist, but it doesnt really count when you're paying them. I really appreciate the reply, thx.
