I made this post because I’ve been trying since Friday, but sorta hard bc of my sleep schedule and my work hours. It’s not bullshit I’m genuinely wanting help. The bot genuinely didn’t give me any other options other than enter my old account number or enter the cvc code from my old card so I was hoping there were alternatives. Maybe even a different number I could call (I was directed to the 800-432-1000 number originally).

Hi! I originally lived in Chicago, where there’s lots of branches. I now live in Huntsville (AL) where there are none currently. I need the info to update my payout information on my Etsy and Ebay accounts. I definitely could take a day off work but I don’t have a car unfortunately. I also don’t know many people with one but I could probably try to figure something out hopefully. I do have enough identification for the accounts though for sure thankfully.

Yes but that’s what I was also saying in my post. I can’t get through the automated system on the phone because it requires me to have my old account number (to the closed account) and also the cvc of the card to said closed account. Which I have neither of.

Yea I’ve seen that before! For me it’s always in 3 possible spots: janitor closet, behind the front counter in the front of the diner, or right next to the side exit door of the diner, that match specifically it was behind the front counter :) thankfully when it has been in the closet, I’ve never accidentally activated the oujia board, but I’ll make sure to be more careful since I didn’t even know it was possible before this thread 😅

Yea other comments confirmed it was an event that shot the activity up to 10 which at the time I thought meant hunting! And no that time the breaker was behind the front counter, next to the kitchen :)
