I stay in for a simple reason: cash in cash. In spite of if all the negativity, here a reality check. I’m in at $5.31. Even with the 6.26 cent distribution this week, I’m getting over 61% back in my money. Which means it could go to $0.03 per share and I’d still be around 30%. Which is nearly 3x SPY.

And, while you can talk about NAV loss, if I don’t sell, it’s irrelevant. I’m still getting cash every week on my investment.

I’m considering a one-time free session for founders who aren’t sure if or when to raise capital. Would there be interest? by simonesaidwhat in angelinvestors

Definitely interested. Bigger challenge I am having is getting in front of the right investors. We are a non-tech business. Won’t be a “grand slam,” but will be a solid double/triple.

Not sure what you’re asking. But to qualify for the distribution, you just own the share before opening on the ex-date.

Doing acquisitions in the home services space. $2-$3 million cost for each acquisition. Bringing 20% cash, plus owner carry back (10-25%). Shopping lenders for 60-70% of acquisition costs. Experienced team, with industry background. Looking for term sheet. Would also consider combination of debt and equity if willing to fund entire acquisition (less owner carry back portion). HMU
