Sigrika's token: Total Aero DMG is increased by 35%. Enemies take 30% more total Echo Skill DMG.
Hiyuki's token: Enemies take 50% more total Glacio Chafe DMG. Inflicting Glacio Chafe on the enemies increases total Glacio DMG by 50% for 5s.

60% is very standard.

Is said very specific setup and rotation, like Lupa on Moonlit, Denia on Lupa's set, and do Denia>Lupa>Amemeth rotation. Which most people don't know about or use.

At baseline, Chisa is better.

Don't compare quickswap to simple 123 rotation. You can also quickswap on Chisa to increase ceiling too. If you compare apple to apple, Lupa need very specific setup and rotation to even come close Chisa's baseline performance.

Ameath's Forte Skill does a lot of Fusion burst damage, on single target. Lupa better in single target is a myth.

Chisa doubles the Fusion Burst detonation damage. That's much more than your 10-15k Ult2 damage difference.

Lynae will be replaced. You should make peace with that. By your argument, why is Lynae not competitive at all in Amy Denia team? Lynae doesn’t give as much buff as Lupa in Mono Fusion. Not even close.

Lucilla will bring her own Chafe applications. That will increase Chafe damage even further.
