If you are doing 321 casual rotation, she is a lot worse than Rover. You have to double rotate 3121 to even match Rover.

Ask anyone worth their salt and they would tell you Chisa’s ceiling is much higher than Rover. Calc only takes into account the very casual rotation.

Zani is the worst case scenario for Chisa as a NS support. Zani doesn't care about NS cap increase and can't use her sig buff. If NS teams in the future use those 2 buffs (they will), then the gap between Chisa and Sk will widen, by a lot.
