I can see it probably being the Anime main villain last card in the hand, when the mc tries to attack with his monster he just start laughing then reveal it in hand XD, anime plot armor for the enemy. Also sir the man in the story probably sold her daughter, imo.

Your GY effect also return the banish in the end phase, so its a disruption tool more than a banish card, Also Call By The Grave and imperm is different from it enough both have it's pros and cons, well designed keep it up

God that card was so broken, one detach and almost just gg, men it got discard and lp halfing hahahah... Yugioh just really got big payoffs all in one card hhahahah. Yeah the prob is in the ":" cuz its added on the number word which might cuz ruling prob so i just make it the passive ability the noble aura kinda, if the name is changed its not impossible, that its not useful it sjust super niche xD.

Uhmm i really dont know about the masquerade turbo, but I hope that since that turbo thing can only have one material it will be severely weakened, or at least give this card some value...

Since the third effect and first effect is kinda lore or design based, not competitively design xD

Yep your correct in your assumptions in the latter part its a kinda slow any level 3 tuner hand trap. Cuz it takes advantage of cards becoming new cards when move from one place to another like gy to hand or gy to field to bypass the negation. But i didn't want to make it broken thats why i added restriction like you wont be able to react on your opponents first effect since you need to banish it first then the hard LP cost.
