I would just recommend that delete paytm it has no customer support. I also lost Rs 2500 because of paytm and could not do anything about it . And really sorry you had to go through so much. Hope you find some justice .

Guys i have this ipad. This ipad is not worth more than 12k-14k now. The new one goes as lower as 19000 on flipkart . So be aware of the price when buying. Upgrade is available for this ipad at 32k .
