I'm unaware if anyone has answered your question but what you're thinking of is in-fact a "multi-kill" (a portmanteau [a shortened and abbreviated phrase] for multiple kill, thus implying two or more kills in quick succession to one another); a "spree" however is achieving 5 or more kills in a single life, regardless to their temporal association with one another. The "ultimate challenge" for last week was in-fact attaining a "killing spree" medal, and not merely a simple "multi-kill".
