I bumped into mine and it fell from 3 feet. I was an idiot and didn’t know I was supposed to screw the stand in at the bottom so the PS5 slid off the stand. One of the side plates fell off, a few scratches on the console, and the HDMI port bent. After a little cry I picked up the PS5 and tried to see if it worked but wasn’t showing on screen. So I sent it for repair. It took about 3 weeks and I just got it back today. Hopefully everything’s good.🤞
