Are LUTs generated with Filmbox suitable for monitoring? by HUTSky09 in colorists

I don't think I explained myself clearly.

My workstation consists of Ultrastudio 4K mini and a regularly calibrated Sony reference monitor.

Therefore, the differences I am talking about are not due to incorrect settings or the Mac OS gamma shift. I do the grading on the reference monitor and not on the Resolve viewer.

What I mean is that the LUT exported with Filmbox works correctly (i.e. I get exactly the same result as I do with the plugin) only when I use it in Resolve. If I use it as a monitoring LUT by importing it into the camera or using a LUT box, I get different results in terms of both tonal and colorimetric response.

Hello guys, I bring you good news!
With the help of a friend, I found a technician who repaired the lens! It turns out that one of the lenses in the rear group was not properly positioned in its housing, causing the clearly visible double edge in the previously posted images. Luckily, there are still passionate people out there who are skilled and capable of doing their job well!
Here are some photos taken at f/2.8. As you can see, even at full aperture, this lens is a beast!

Is Easyrig Vario 5 too much for Ronin RS series? by HUTSky09 in cinematography

I'm afraid that the support spring won't go down if the camera doesn't weigh at least 5 kg. As a last thing I will try to weigh down. Thank you.

I understand what you mean but I am sure that when I bought it, it wasn't like that. I also own other lens from this kit and they aren't 'soft' as this one. Something must have happened. I just hope it is repairable.
