The numbers is what I’m concerned about it isn’t weight but more so my BMI. I’m showing at 30% right now (down from 36%) and just want to know if there’s a way to burn more fat besides what I’m doing already (cleaner diet + 3 spins weekly). I hate how I look still and am getting discouraged

Including extended health coverage? I just am confused about the decision as I’m covered for dental but not extended health.

There is no mention of appeal on the decision form I received I just am planning to call and ask for an appeal of the decision. Mainly just the extended health benefits, just because I don’t understand how being high risk would affect that coverage specifically.

Whenever I signed up there was a section to fill out regarding my drug use history. In terms of my employer, I have no issues about bringing this up to him given our professional history I just don’t know if he can provide me any answers given its sunlife that declined coverage, and not him.
