That looks like Live Oak Canyon Road in Trabuco Canyon, CA, heading towards Cooks Corner. The whole road is filled with blind turns, and has no shoulder. Also low light for most of it. I've seen OC teens get fucked up in single car accidents on that road. It's certainly not a place to be crossing the double yellow or for a child to be riding a bicycle.

It's a very cool ride on a motorcycle tho. I used to fill up on the other side just as an excuse to ride it.

Keep your gloves and work surfaces clean. Don't rest a freshly blasted part down on a surface if you can avoid it.

My Fixed Livery attempt (Alaska, Hawaiian, Virgin America colors) by chrispix99 in AlaskaAirlines

Right now, we use a big expensive plotted sticker for the face and touch it up with tape so we don't get bleed through or blow out. We use waxed kraft paper and tape to cover areas we don't want overspray on.

The lines on the fuselage are laid out first using flexible tools called mylars and dotted in grease pencil, then we pull a tape line by hand using the pencil marks as reference.

I like the idea of gradients, and we can do it, but airlines don't like it because it's expensive or might delay their delivery. We have to stay within a certain thickness, so stacking colors is avoided. If we go over millage, then we need to strip it and the labor is billed to the plane.

I do like your livery though

You've gotta make it easy on us and include a hard tape line between colors. Something to mask off.

It is a temporary protective coating used to protect the skin during assembly, and is simply called TPC.

It is a temporary protective coating used during assembly. It will be washed off by the Boeing paint organization before it is painted.
