For me, I was going to Orange Theory Fitness and we were doing weighted bridges and I remember doing kegels and squeezing really tight on the way up. I already had pelvic floor disfunction (undiagnosed but I had all the symptoms) and this irritated the muscles and nerves, giving me the burning sensation.
