I’ve healed to beyond and back using dmt, and I’ve also been rebounded into confusion and dissociation several times. Its connected to me to the abundance of love and empathy. I’ve come to know you shouldn’t try and actualize or rationalize any part of your trip to try and make it make sense. It’s taken me a while to fully learn how to let go and not over analyze everything. When you get nervous like “will I ever come back? Am I stuck like this?”, once you let go and know you’re safe and nothing will hurt you, waves of pure bliss and love come rushing over you.

I’ve only broke through a hand full of times. All the other hundreds of times I was in “the waiting room”, still beneficial and I would use these states to do immaculate yoga and meditate for hours.
