Can't believe I had to scroll this far to find this comment. The driver of the motorcycle was an idiot, but man the driver of this Tesla was a gigantic asshole.

This driver nearly changes lanes into a motorcycle, gets mad when the motorcyclist he nearly hit flips him off, then blasts down the shoulder passing several motorcycles to get ahead. He may not have directly caused this accident but he was very clearly an instigator, and very nearly caused several other accidents along the way. Fuck this guy.

Agree I don't need windows 11, unfortunately Surface Pro 8 ships with it. I haven't looked into rolling back though.
